There’s no shortage of websites and agencies claiming to offer remote work. But which ones are worth your time? Which ones are scammy? And where do real freelancers in the Philippines actually find good clients?

In this post, I’ve put together a comprehensive list of platforms, job boards, agencies, and communities where Filipino freelancers can find work online. I haven’t personally applied to all of these, but I did the research, and these are what’s actively available online.

Some of these sites cater specifically to Filipino freelancers, others are global freelance job boards, and a few are virtual assistant (VA) agencies that regularly hire remote workers in the Philippines. I’ve also included smaller, lesser-known platforms, because sometimes, that’s where hidden gems live.

• Search hashtags like #VirtualAssistantPH, #OnlineJobsPH, or #WorkFromHomePH to find trusted accounts.

Just double-check if the TikTok video links back to an official website or job board.
